Frances Holt
Frances Holt was born in Seattle, Washington. She spent most of her
youth in that state, moving to California in her sophomore year of high
school. She married and raised six children.
Frances became interested in making cards when working in her father’s rubber stamp shop. She has explored other media, such as rock painting, watercolors, and oils. While she has enjoyed each of these, she finds it most satisfying to express her creativity in hand-making note cards. She finds this a way to relax while sharing with others her talent and positive attitude toward life. Her family and friends look forward to each occasion when they will receive one of her beautiful cards. She has given weekly classes in this form of art.
Frances now lives in Overton, NV. She is a member of the Moapa Valley Art Guild.
